Facilities and Hiring Information

Hall Facilities

Rosehall Village Hall is a modern, bright, well-maintained hall with both a large and small hall offering facilities for: meetings, seminars, public information displays, concerts, dances, and other private functions. It can accommodate 100 people concurrently and there is off-road parking for about 40 cars with access to the rear for loading.

The large hall has a stage area and storage room with tables and chairs available for hirers to use. Stage lights and PA system are also available. It can be used for both standing and seated events from presentations, dancing, concerts, quizzes, sports, and fitness activities.

The small room is suitable for seated or standing events for up to 50 people. Perfect for events like afternoon teas, small intimate concerts, parties, meetings, and presentations. Direct access to the kitchen area through a small hatch, ideal for serving refreshments.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, kettles, and water urn. It has crockery and cutlery for 100 people and a small selection of glasses and mugs. There are some saucepans and cooking utensils for hirers use. There is a hatch available for serving refreshments directly into the small meeting room.

There is full disabled access from the outside via ramped flat walkways. The building is all on one level with no steps or stairs and there is a fully accessible disabled toilet. Disabled parking is available directly opposite the hall.

The hall has a regular cleaning, maintenance and upgrading programme to make sure that it is always in perfect condition.

We regularly review our risk assessments and policies for fire, health and safety and a wide range of other social needs. All of which can be found on the Important Information page.
